you only need to install it on the client you browse from (could be the engine node as well). did you restart the VM after setting its console to spice? which client are you using? which browser?

Ofer - not sure if for the general use case, or for an all-in-one demo flow - may make sense to install spice-xpi and spice by default (or at least suggest to use at end of installation)?
Einav - is there a detection flow in webadmin telling user no spice detected on their machine and they should install spice-xpi rpms?
I know that there is a a spice-xpi detection flow in the user portal, I am almost certain that it is identical in the web-admin. Daniel?
