[ovirt-users] second deploy hosted engine, engine VM is shut dwon

HiI first deploy hosted engine is failed， then deploy hosted engine, after ansible run "name: Add host ovirt_hosts:"(bootstrap_local_vm.yml), engine VM is shut dwon, why to shutown engine VM?
