Please attach vdsm logs (/var/log/vdsm/*). Thanks,

Those logs were a bit of a mess as I'd deployed and re-deployed a few times. I've
just reinstalled the host from scratch and run deploy. The new vdsm and hosted-engine
logs are attached to the bug.
