[ovirt-users] Ovirt Host Error while executing action: Cannot add Host. Host with the same address already exists

Hey guys I wanted to know if anyone ever recieved this error before "Error while executing action: Cannot add Host. Host with the same address already exists" when trying to re-add a Host that you deleted? I think the host maybe partially deleted or have records somewhere. Let me know if anyone can help? Thanks,
