Fix is not included in ovirt-engine-3.5.0.1-1.el6.noarch.
It's fixed since org.ovirt.engine-root-3.5.0-18.
You can find newer version here[1].

Any smaller single patch I can apply instead of updating whole engine to a
snapshot release?
