We had this exact issue on that same build. Upgrading to oVirt Node - 3.5 -
0.999.201507082312.el7.centos made the issue disappear for us. It was one of the 3.5.3
builds.

become unresponsive and stuck at 100% CPU after migration. This does not happen with
