currently we are not publishing "official" isos to resources.ovirt.org, instead please use the ISOs build in our CI:
http://jenkins.ovirt.org/job/ovirt-node_ovirt-3.5_create-iso-el7_merged/
This build is building nightly builds (to pickup the latest CentOS 7 packages), with the latest stable oVirt packages (from 3.5.3 currently).
