Thanks, but we cannot simply require libvirt > 1.1.0, as it does not
ship with F19. We need get a fix backported to F19, so that we can
change our VNC password there.
(Too bad we've been top-posting here. Now that I'm adding libvir-list I'm
going to be cursed.)
