Still not working ....
What do you mean by manually remove the spm ? How can I do ?
I don't know if we can solve this problem ... Is there a way to generate
all certs chain in host1 ... I mean to get all certs signed by the engine
...or something like that...

I thought we were talking about host 2 ;)
Ok... maybe we need to organize it...
host1 - the one that you tried to re-install which is non-responive
host2 - the second host which suppose to be functional
host1 - does it have vdsm installed? if so, restart vdsm
host2 - restart vdsm
than press the confirm host reboot
If this does not help we can try to "manually" remove the spm from the
host1
