Are you sure that above is all you get in engine.log when trying to migrate? Please try again and check/share engine.log over all the relevant time interval.

Check the libvirt log. Sometimes it gives more clues:
/var/log/libvirt/qemu/<VMname>.log
Also, check if it can be done via the API. If API works, core functionality is OK and only UI is affected.
