Container orchestration platform. As all the common logging and metrics packages are these days already delivered as containers, it made sense to run them as such, on an enterprise platform.
Note that you can easily deploy OpenShift on oVirt. See[1]. And we are continuing the efforts to improve the integration. Y.

Openshift will run elasticsearch, fluentd, kibana, curator. This is the platform that was chosen as the common metrics and logging solution at this point.

You can change its scale to save longer period of time if you want https://www.ovirt.org/documentation/data-warehouse/Changing_the_Data_Warehou... and attach a reports solution that supports sql.
