before you wrote that you can't ping but you can ssh so that's a
progress :)
look at the engine log and check the vdsm service status on the host
(you can even restart it)

in any case, you have a communication problem between the engine
and the hosts.
when engine cannot get status on the vdsm, hosts will move to
non-responsive.
