[ovirt-users] Add host into Ovirt-engine failure- Urgently need help with

I have captured the log below under the events of the host. Not sure why it is failing, as I'm able to SSH into the host form ovirt-engine vm. Host hostb.example.com installation failed. Command returned failure code 1 during SSH session 'root@hostb.example.com'.
