After rebooting the vm by default it boots from cdrom, and every time I
have start the vm by using the command* "hosted-engine --vm-start",*is
there any way to unmount the cdrom in hosted-engine ?
By running this command "hosted-engine --vm-start" getting the below
output will this harm engine ? is it safe to use this command ?
[root@He ~]# hosted-engine --vm-start
VM exists and is down, destroying it
Machine destroyed

Perhaps you also rebooted the host?
You can try to check the logs in /var/log/ovirt-hosted-engine-ha and/or
restart the ha services.
