For monitoring of events available in oVirt-engine's audit log, It is possible to register for both email and snmp trap notifications[1]. A portion of these events are related to managed resources. Trap notifications allow integration with monitoring systems. See: [1], [2] and [3]. I was looking for something to monitor the resources managed by oVirt and not necessarily oVirt itself. It looks like there is a page on Nagios integration, however, I'm getting a 503 when trying to access the site. http://www.ovirt.org/Features/Nagios_Integration
