[ovirt-users] Re: Lost access to Engine VM "The hosted engine has not been deployed"

For no specific reason, I lost access to Engine VM. when I run "$ hosted-engine --check-deployed" I get "The hosted engine has not been deployed" even though Cockpit Hosted Engine Setup page says "This system is already registered to ..."
