While certificate is already imported into browser, ovirt-imageio-proxy is started on engine and ovirt-imageio-daemon started on nodes. Ports are correctly opened on proxy and nodes and hosts are reachable by their fqdn

You have an old ovirt-imageio-common package, please update to latest versions of ovirt-imageio-* packages and restart the proxy. If you can reproduce this issue by installing or upgrading, please file a bug, maybe we don't have correct requirements in the proxy spec. Nir
