Hello Charles,
hosted engine remembers the last status and will keep showing it up
for some time. It causes no harm though.
You can remove it by using the hosted-engine tool: Execute the
following command from the host that should be removed:
hosted-engine --clean-metadata
Or add --host-id=<id> if you have to do it from some other host that
is part of hosted engine cluster.
Check the man page of hosted-engine for more details.
