oVirt complaints about missing oVirt Guest Agent. I doubt there is a
package for RouterOS.
Maybe Magnus can open a support request to MikroTik for adding it, it will
make them compatible with oVirt and Red Hat Virtualization and they may be
interested.

The page talks about QEMU Guest Agent. We have introduced limited
support for it in oVirt 4.2 and you don't have to do anything besides
checking that it is installed and running.
Unfortunately this will not rid you of the warning about missing agent
in oVirt.
