I tested versions 0.6, 0.7, 0.11 and 0.12 of qxlwddm. It's always the same.
So, after some investigation, Windows 10 requires the WDDM driver with 3D
support, and it is not supported by SPICE.
So oVirt Guest Tools supports Windows 10 but SPICE doesn't fully support it.
