[ovirt-users] All Windows vms report "Actual timezone in guest doesn't match configuration"

All of my windows VMs have a yellow exclamation point with the timezone error. The configuration in ovirt says eastern time, and I've tried changing the VM from eastern time to US eastern time, and error does not go away. This is with the latest ovirt guest tools for windows.
