Very well. So it means your vdsm is working without SSL, while the engine is trying to connect to it using SSL. This behavior is controlled by engine configuration called EncryptHostCommunication. However, I advice you to keep the ssl on, and try to make it work. Otherwise we will not know what is wrong with your setup. ----- Original Message -----

Doron,
I always use the nightly build since the beginning.
Kevin.
What does the below command output when running on the host? vdsClient localhost getVdsCaps

Hi Doron,
Thank you for your reply. My problem is it known? It will be
corrected in
v3.4?
One solution is it possible now? It's hard to wait few weeks.
Kevin.
Kevin, You were using RPMs which are missing the relevant code, so it may not be a problem at all once we properly build it.
If you cannot wait you can do a pilot using the nightly builds you can find in [1]. Remember this is a nightly build from master. It is not stable, but may give you an early experience of the coming hosted engine.

Hi Kevin, hosted-engine was not officially released yet, so the current oVirt RPMs do not include the relevant functionality. I suggest you wait for oVirt 3.4 in a few weeks, where we should have it properly built for you. _______________________________________________ Users mailing list Users@ovirt.org http://lists.ovirt.org/mailman/listinfo/users
