[ovirt-users] Is disk qcow2 format in the ovirt GUI?

I must be missing something in the GUI for ovirt 3.5 - I can't find qcow2 as an option. When I go to to Storage Domain -> Disk -> Add I only see Allocation Policy without choice of format (cow or raw) This also happens if I create VMs and then try to add disks.
