michal - is this just a config in the .vv file? I'd expect qemu needs to support this
as well? especially since the ticketing mechanism is designed to disconnect previous user?
last time I remember the concurrent connection to SPICE was experimental

yes, if it is supported now the oVirt ticketing would need to be changed or disabled
