Yes, there is an open bug tracked at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/1707225 <https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1707225> about handling cinderlib integration in the backup. It's targeted for 4.3.6. Honestly I don't see any workaround other than trying to manually backup and restore the cinderlib DB.

we tried to migrate the hosted engine to a new storage but we ran into an error - in any attempt the same.
What we did is:

The user and password hashes are okay and the same on old_engine and restore_file.
Any ideas?
