[ovirt-users] VM protal : Erorr in some VMs

hi i want some users to connect to some ovirt VMs .so i add them to the permission of that VMs. after that my users connect to VM portal and success to login but when they want to run console some VMs work with console and other does not and this massage appear : " Failed to retrieve VM console details Conflict " any idea about that ?
