Basically there should be no problem to install RHEVM on virtual machine so it should work
ok.
Also there is no difference between migrating existing RHEVM that runs on physical machine
or on virtual machine.
You need to backup your existing DB and restore it on engine vm. See the following wiki
page for detailed explanation:
