Hi suporte, You probably encountered this bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/884635. The fix for this bug should delete the disk from the engine even though the image does not exists in the storage.
Can u please attach or check the VDSM and engine log just to be sure, that you encountered the same scenario in this bug. You should see in the logs that you got a message which indicates that the image does not exists in the domain (ImageDoesNotExists)
