Hello again.
After getting the hosted-engine vm back, now I have the following problem. I can't use
the graphic console. The websocket-proy fails me. Surely when I update the certificates I
have missed some intermediate step, but I do not know how to follow.
Anyone know of a link to follow the certificate change procedure in the websocket-proxy
service.

This is your error, which is pretty straightforward:

[1694]: ovirt-websocket-proxy [1694] ERROR run: 554 Error: SSL_ONLY
is set but SSL_CERTIFICATE or SSL_KEY file not found.
You have to edit your
/etc/ovirt-engine/ovirt-websocket-proxy.conf.d/10-setup.conf file and
set both SSL_CERTIFICATE and SSL_KEY values. This is my config:
PROXY_PORT=6100
SSL_CERTIFICATE=/etc/ssl/certs/mycert.cert
SSL_KEY=/etc/ssl/private/mycert.key
FORCE_DATA_VERIFICATION=False
CERT_FOR_DATA_VERIFICATION=/etc/pki/ovirt-engine/certs/engine.cer
SSL_ONLY=True
