You have to be in ovirt-guest-agent/ovirt-guest-agent and in this directoy is a setup.py (and also the README-windows.txt as mentioned in oVirt wiki) file. It worked for me the last time I did this - haven't tried it today...

Found the problem, downloaded the zip file using the the button on github. It doesn''t include the setup.py :-( Joop
