Hi Guys, Just wondering what the proper way to restore a backup to a hosted-engine? I've tried doing the deploy, then cleanup, and backup --mode=restore, but then engine-setup needs internet access. (which it doesn't have) Is there a way to restore the backup over the current data of a currently deployed new host? ie like a --mode=restore --option=force ? or is there another way to restore? Thanks, Hanson

You can try 'engine-setup --offline'.

No, but you can try running 'engine-cleanup'. Also, engine-backup only checks for the databases, not files. So you can try: service postgresql stop rm -rf /var/lib/pgsql/data then restore again. Best,
ie like a --mode=restore --option=force ?
or is there another way to restore?
Thanks,
Hanson
