Unable to change cluster compatibility version
Hi We've recently upgraded from 4.0.6.3 to 4.1.6 and we've upgraded all of our clusters except one to 4.1 without issue. The one we are having trouble with is the big important one (of course). The error we get in the interface is: Error while executing action: Cannot change cluster version since following VMs are previewing snapshots: mail-archive1 The log error is a little verbose seeming, so it's attached. I'm not really sure what it means or how to fix it.... Logan

Apparently it's previewing some type of snapshot. I don't want to commit it because it was created in March, but the error I get when I try to delete it is: Cannot remove Snapshot. The operation is only allowed for regular snapshots. You know, the state the VM _was_ at in March is really different to what it is now anyways. I would just turn it off and "Commit" the "now" state inside of the VM to it=C2=B4s Current snapshot. I=C2=B4m having a har= d time seeing how the state from back in March would be relevant today. Or, you turn it off and "Undo" the operation just to get the March snapshot back as it was, but you=C2=B4ll lose how it looked like from befor= e you turned it off. Can you check what is the status of the above VM ('mail- archive1')? Is it previewing snapshots? And if it is you need to decide if you want to commit that snapshot or undo/revert. Perhaps it was done by mistake or something….but you need to clear it out as we don’t support cluster upgrade while snapshot preview is ongoing.
