COarse-grained LOck-stepping for oVirt

Hi, Will COLO be implemented in oVirt? Is it possible to do it myself? I see qemu-kvm and lots of other qemu installed on my oVirt nodes. It's in Qemu upstream (v4.0) https://wiki.qemu.org/Features/COLO

Hi, very unlikely. It's been in development for the past ~10 years and while it kept progressing I'm not sure it's yet in usable state. It would require some big changes in oVirt as well Thanks, michal

Thanks for reply. What is the alternative for this in oVirt? Achieving Non-stop Service for legacy statefull application that doesn't support it by itself. The virtualization layer is the perfect place to implement this functionality.
