The image is small and I'm a little blind LOL. Is this the Engine deploy? You can provide us with the deployment logs that are located in /var /log/ovirt-hosted-engine-setup and the output of your journalctl or /var /log/messages At the beginning of the Engine's deployment, it tells you exactly what the deployment log file is, it is very useful for debugging.
