I used centos Stream8 instead of oVirt node NG and it works well. i don't know why but i wans't able to change grub parameters. /etc/default/grub was modified grub2-mkconfig-o /boot/efi/EFI/centos/grub.cfg was sucessfull dracut -f -v --mdadmconf finished OK, but after restart there was old grub configuration. i spent wit it almost 3 days, then i decided to try centos instead of ovirt iso and it works. after restart, I see EFI record I can boot, but it doesn't see any raid array.
