I think you have to dedicate a whole disk for the node install, you maybe able to use
customised partitioning but it's not recommended.

Subject: [ovirt-users] Ovirt configuration
Hi at all,
I'm installing and configuring a ovirt system in hyperconverged mode and I have some
doubt about storage.
server 1: 1TB, 1TB
server 2: 1TB, 1TB
server 3: 1TB, 1TB
With this hdd configuration I want on the first drive install ovirt node, vmstore and
engine volume, on the second another volume for data.
The first in Replica 3 and the second distribuited... It's possible?
During installation of ovirt node in the automatic partitioning should I select both hard
disk?
In the cockpit wizard in this step,
https://www.ovirt.org/images/uarwo42-gdeploy-3.png?1519899774, to recover the device name
i use pvdisplay -m?
