Ovirt spice cannot log

Hi,

My ovirt version *oVirt Engine Version: 3.5.0.1-1.el6 , *i cannot 
connect to ovirt graphical server via spice , i have already installed 
firebox plug-in,
but i'm using *Version 3.1.0-3.26ovirt *server without any spice issue, 
Please guide me to resolve this problem.
