Hi.
I never had this problem, but we can help.
Did you set up SSO?
If so, do you have a backup of the oVirt Engine /etc/ovirt-engine/aaa folder?
You can verify that the [domain].properties file is correct and with the access key of the
java keystore.
found the environment, thus not sure how it was set. but it has been running without
issues. have been taking backups. am purely new to this redhat virtualization, thus most
of my maneuvers i check online for steps.
Ok.
In oVirt Engine, list what's in the /etc/ovirt-engine/aaa folder.
[root@ovirt001 aaa]# pwd
/etc/ovirt-engine/aaa
[root@ovirt001 aaa]#
[root@ovirt001 aaa]# ls -la
total 20
drwxr-xr-x. 2 root root 170 Dec 8 18:22 .
drwxr-xr-x. 18 root root 4096 Nov 13 13:43 ..
-rw-------. 1 ovirt ovirt 290 Oct 28 16:11 internal.properties
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 1226 Dec 8 11:21 domain-ad.com.br.jks
-rw-------. 1 ovirt ovirt 540 Dec 8 18:22 domain-ad.com.br.properties
this what i got
[root@rhvm aaa]# ls -la
total 8
drwxr-xr-x. 2 root root 33 Oct 27 2019 .
drwxr-xr-x. 18 root root 4096 Oct 27 2019 ..
-rw-------. 1 ovirt ovirt 290 Oct 27 2019 internal.properties
[root@rhvm aaa]#
[root@rhvm aaa]# ls -la
total 8
drwxr-xr-x. 2 root root 33 Oct 27 2019 .
drwxr-xr-x. 18 root root 4096 Oct 27 2019 ..
-rw-------. 1 ovirt ovirt 290 Oct 27 2019 internal.properties
