Hi all, I am using rhev 3.4 also created template which has cloud init installed. i want set hostname to vm using vm payload method how will i do dat also tell me the sample vm payload file

why do you need a custom payload and not use the builtin support (new vm, show advanced options, initial run, Use Cloud-Init/Sysprep?
