Are there any particular mount options for xfs to use it as local storage
domain that fits better?

I'm not familiar with any specific XFS mount options that work better/worse, but it
all boils down to what you're trying to achieve.
BTW - why local storage?

In that case I had an all-in-one configuration with great size of disk
and I was curious about possible variants between ext4 and xfs...
