Ah found it=2C there was nothing extra from debug log so I checked all the=
config files again=2E
It appears I was suffering from a sticky fingers vim bug =3B-=29 In the
properties instead of =22include =3D =3Cipa=2Eproperties=3E=22 I had =22ncl=
ude =3D
=3Cipa=2Eproperties=3E=22 with the =22i=22 missing=2E
Maybe we should have an error message but it=27s working now=2E
