VDSM 4.15 cluster compatibility
Hi all, just upgraded to the latest nightly and am faced with a host/cluster compatibility issue, seems my cluster is only compatible with vdsm [4.13, 4.14, 4.9,.4.11,4.12,4.10] but i'm now running 4.15. Any ideas on how to upgrade the cluster to be 4.15 compatible? Thanks Jon

As far as I know, latest version released is 4.14.8.1 (with oVirt 3.4.1). Where did you got 4.15?

Which version of Engine are you running? (I really hope it's not a nightly build, that would mean that Bug 1016461 - [vdsm] engine fails to add host with vdsm version 4.13.0 was not solved properly) What is your cluster level? Regards, Dan.

Ah, ok. So it's not the bug I was afraid of. It's simply about Vdsm not reporting the 3.5 clusterLevel yet (as it does not have all of 3.5 feature committed to, or so I thought).

However, we merged an hour ago this patch http://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/28156/ which adds the 4.15 VDSM version as a version that the engine can work with. However, as Dan said this VDSM still doesn't support cluster level 3.5, so you'll be able to work with it in engine-3.5, but on 3.4 cluster level (in the next nightly I guess). Oved
