Hi, No. You don't need to reinstall. There should be a cron job that restarts the dwh service after it is down for an hour. Didi, In what cases it will not start? I believe that dwh was killed and not stopped correctly by service stop, and therefore did not exit cleanly. This is why it did not send an exit message to the log and did not update the engine that dwh is not running. From this, I understood that: 1. Many months ago, either there was some problem (e.g. dwhd could not connect to engine db, or not see updates there, or whatever) or simply there was no new data (engine was down, or simply nothing changed (is this possible?)). 2. Then things became ok for several months (or at least, nothing caused dwhd to say otherwise) 3. Then dwhd was restarted, perhaps for an upgrade, and still no new errors.
Fernando: Do you still only get empty reports?
Was this a normal, default setup?
