Hello all.
Can any one tell me why all environment fall if we lost one domain storage?
In my company we have many NFS storages and if just one going down, been
rebooted, all host fail.
What we realized, I do not know if it is true, is if one host can´t
communicate with the storage it will be rebooted or if the use of memory is
too high it will be rebooted too.
Are those two impressions real?
Best regards

Dear Kalil!
The behavior is by design.
The storage domains are defined inside a DataCenter (not Cluster object!) and they are
mandatory for any host in the DataCenter. If a host has a problem with access to any
storage domain that defined in the DataCenter, the host will change its status to
'NonOperational' (not rebooted!). If the host has the status
'NonOperational', all VM will be migrated to the other hosts (if VMs are HA and
there is any host with free resources) or paused (if not).
