You can try setting up CentOS Stream with external kernel like elrepo (once you find the
problematic hardware).

This hardware (6 Core Xeon E5-1650v2) successfully runs Fedora 39 and oVirt 4.3.10
(CentOS 7) but freezes immediately when attempting to boot from either of the latest node
installer ISOs:
ovirt-node-ng-installer-latest-el8.iso
ovirt-node-ng-installer-latest-el9.iso
I suspect it will require tweaks to the kernel parameters which will need to be made to
the ISO installer image prior to booting.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
