I find this pretty strange as I haven't run 3.5 in a long time and can confirm that I'm running 3.6.7.

This message means that you have one or more cluster/dc with 3.5 compatibility version. You can check the setup log for more details. Please upgrade them to 3.6 and try again. Best,
