No, those are Ethernet level issues.
Currently I can’t reach the p4p1 NIC since the gateway goes through the 1G
NIC.
Makes sense. If possible, I'd change this (routing-wise) and just reinstall
the host from the oVirt management. That would be the simplest approach.
(but again, I'd do it only after making sure the network is error free).

Before you move, I suggest to look at the errors that you have here. On
the 1G you have transferred far more data without errors.
What would you like to move to the 10g? The storage, migration, VM
networks?
