just a btw, you should be able to do this with a weight function of your own in ovirt 3.3.1

Hi, for our environment the highest priority would be that all features which are accessbile through webadmin are also accessible via REST-API. I just realized that's not the case for every feature. Thanks Sven

while there isn't one for storage connections, there is a script to release/unlock entities like vm/template/disk (from image locked status mostly)
