Unfortunately we know that is not that simple: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1240466#c21 and you have to manually remove any reference to the previous hosted-engine storage domain and hosted-engine VM from your restored DB since they are locked in the engine and so you couldn't remove from there.

Improving engine-backup to automatically filter hosted-engine references is an RFE for 4.1.
