Hello, - which invocation method are you using? I suppose you tried 'Native' since you use Chrome. Does the browser offer you downloading 'console.vv' file? - what happens when you click console? - have you tried VNC as well? - what does engine log say? was ticket set successfully? I suggest you try the steps I described in my posting to this list on 2/20/2014. I had the same problem and I was able to solve it. Jon Forrest
